What I notice is that I’m excelling when I’m with or around people. This can be at university, a design studio or other places. The interaction with other people gives me new ideas, energy and joy. This feeling for social cohesion is something that makes me unique and what can be used in my future as a designer. This doesn’t say something about my future designs but it says something about my approach on a project. The general overview of a project and the logical steps within the process is something I excel at. This suits well with a hands on design approach.

The goal for me is to translate my enthusiasm  for design to the users of my product. This can be combined with my vision on design. For both of the topics I really need to interact, talk and test with the users. My goal for the end of the masters is to know how to work with different groups of people to achieve my vision of making products that bring an experience for users all over the world. Furthermore I would like to gain more knowledge on sustainability, creative thinking and different technologies to put myself in a position where I can implement my vision on design.

The fun of design is making for me. I can lose myself when a 3d cad model need to finished, when I’m working in a wood workshop or working on a sewing project at home. Within my projects I try to implement my version of fun, to make it more habitable for myself and to also show this to the final user.
